The most spectacular and ancient tradition of the territory, between art and craftsmanship, history and folklore
Easter in Bormio means celebrating an ancient and loved tradition.
On March 31st, the historic “Pasquali” event returns: a tradition born over 600 years ago in our territory.
The whole town celebrates since the early morning as the parade in traditional costume begins. Flowers, music, perfumes, smiles…and the fabulous “Pasquali”, the Easter floats made with passion and care by local artisans and inhabitants.
The parade takes place through the streets of the historic center, with the “Pasquali” strictly carried on the shoulders, to arrive in Piazza del Kuerc, while the historic Bajona bell rings.
A day of tradition, culture and beautiful emotions that cannot be told, you have to live them! Being in Bormio on Easter means savoring the authenticity of the place, knowing its beauty.
