The house is located in a residential area, with independent access. The main services are close at hand, from bars to supermarkets and excellent delicatessen. On foot in 5 minutes you can reach the historic center, with restaurants and shops.
At 500 meters on the right is the Ice Palace, with the covered skating rink. While always 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Bormio Terme, to dive into relaxation.
